Abstract

Deliver me, 0 Lord, from my need to play the expert;' set me free from the tyrannical impulse to equate my intuition with the Gospel and to tell others what they are experiencing and where along the path they will encounter healing." Let me never become so enamoured of technique, 0 Lord, that I do not feel, deep into a counseling session, the tap of your finger on my shoulder, reminding me that human problems are problems of meaning" and that to miss the meaning is to ignore the soul.
